FCm NAMED WORLD’S LEADING TMC – THIRD YEAR IN A ROW

FCm Travel Solutions holds onto its title of World’s Leading Travel Management Company after winning the coveted global accolade in the World Travel Awards for the third year running.
The global title is one of nine awards FCm picked up in the 2013 World Travel Awards program.
FCm collected the award from the World Travel Awards final ceremony for 2013, which was held at the La Cigale Hotel in Doha, Qatar.
FCm Global Leader Gregory Lording said he was delighted that FCm would retain its status as the top global travel management company, particularly as the business entered its 10th anniversary year in 2014.
“To win this award for three consecutive years is an outstanding achievement for our global business and excellent recognition for our brand as we enter a milestone anniversary year,” Gregory said. “To be recognised regionally and globally is testament to the broad reach of the FCm network and exceptional travel management service we provide locally for clients world-wide.
“One of our strengths as a global business is that all of our teams work cohesively together to ensure customers receive the same level of high quality service, professionalism and value wherever they are partnered with us throughout our network.”
FCm General Manager Australia James Kavanagh said FCm Australia was thrilled to hold onto the award for another year.
“This is tremendous news for FCm’s teams in Australia and around our world-wide network,” James said. “In the past 12 months, FCm Australia has contributed significantly to the success and growth of parent company Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) corporate division.
“This has been made possible as a result of our work on further developing our technology capabilities for clients including our new FCm Mobile app, FCm Portal and our national reporting tool ClientBank – all of which are helping to save clients both time and money on their travel.
“In addition to our technology developments, we have launched a new initiative in the Australian marketplace called SmartSTAY. This is providing greater value to our clients when booking accommodation through FCm Australia.
“Added to this is our ongoing focus on customising travel programs for our clients. FCm’s clients in Australia have bespoke travel programs that are designed to suit their individual needs.
