FCM Travel Solutions is a finalist in two categories in this year’s Australian Travel Awards.
The brand is one of four finalists in the category of 'Corporate Travel Agency of the Year' (large agencies) and then as part of Flight Centre Travel Group’s corporate division also has the potential to take out the category honouring ‘Innovation of the Year’.
Parent company Flight Centre Travel Group is also a finalist in the category for ‘Social Responsibility’.
FCM’s General Manager Melissa Elf said her team was excited to have made it as finalist following the launch of Sam (Smart Assistant for Mobile), the company’s chatbot, mobile travel assistant app and Savi – a revolutionary online booking tool that draws on the latest in artificial intelligence.
“Our focus has been on developing products to enhance the customer experience. Plus we have also been working on a project to bring together all of our CSR activities to launch our new and more globally collaborative social responsibility initiative, Brighter Futures,” Melissa said.
